Event times: Arrival 8:00 AM, 5K 9:00 AM, 1.3-mile 9:15 AM
Celebrating its 17th year, the American Lung Association in Colorado proudly offers the only timed race event at the iconic, gorgeous Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre. This unique run/walk challenge combines breathtaking scenery and a rock ‘n roll vibe for our 5K and 1.3-mile Family Fun Walk (dogs welcome in these events).
We will host over 1,500 participants on a course that begins in the upper parking lot at Red Rocks and continues along the beautiful park roads, concluding with the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre stairs. Bands will be present along the route to entertain and motivate you.
Park roads will close at 8:00 AM to vehicles, please arrive and be parked in the Lower North Lot by 8:00 AM.
