AEG Live is thrilled to announce FLUME live at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Thursday, August 18, 2016.


Flume’s “Smoke & Retribution,” featuring L.A.-based rapper Vince Staples and experimental Australian vocalist Kučka, premieres today via Beats 1. Stream the track via SoundCloud. Flume’s highly-anticipated Skin is set for release later this year on Mom + Pop.

In addition to previously announced dates at Coachella and Hangout, the acclaimed Australian artist/producer will headline Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks on August 18. “Last year I played there with Chromeo and Cut Copy and it was definitely a highlight of the tour,” says Flume of the show. “It’s such an epic venue.” Fan pre-sale for email subscribers begins 8:30A MT on Wednesday, Feb 2 – subscribe via Public on sale starts 9A MT Friday, Feb 5.

“Smoke & Retribution” follows “Never Be Like You,” which has been streamed nearly 7 million times since release after premiering as Annie Mac’s “hottest record in the world” on BBC Radio 1. The track is Spotify’s #1 Viral track worldwide, as well as #1 on the Viral chart and #1 Viral Hit in the U.S.
Since the 2012 release of his self-titled debut, Flume became one of the first artists to top 200 million Soundcloud plays and has reached more than 366 million streams on Spotify. The New York Times’ Ben Sisario praises Flume’s “darkly textured electronic songs with a soulful edge.”

Flume is 24-year-old Australian producer Harley Streten. After releasing his debut in Australia in November 2012 on Future Classic, Flume experienced wildfire success winning 2013’s Triple J Award for Australian Album of the Year and four ARIA Awards for Producer of the Year, Best Male, Breakthrough Artist and Best Dance Release. He has since gone on to tour extensively worldwide including headlining Paris’ Rock En Seine for over 40,000 fans and sold-out, multi-night runs in New York, Los Angeles, London and Berlin.
