Get ready to ride and slide with this 4-Saturday Red Rocks pre-season conditioning series specifically programmed for skiers, snowboarders and winter sports enthusiasts – with celebrity athletes and some social events thrown in for pre- and après-ski fun!

Brought to you by Fitness in the City, each session will focus on a core aspect of ski conditioning:

•             September 21: Stability

•             September 28: Endurance

•             October 5: Strength

•             October 12: Power

Workouts include 3 rounds of 9 movements, with a 10 minute active dynamic warmup every session.

Buy a season pass for all four events and receive a complementary winter hat and T-shirt, as well as an invite to an exclusive afterparty at ViewHouse on October 19. We’ll also be giving away prizes during each event, including Copper Mountain 4 packs, coolers, jackets and pairs of skis!
